Spartan Mechanical is Hiring a Dispatcher/Customer Service Near Layton, UT

Job Description: The Dispatchers Role is to communicate with customers and technicians. Dispatch all technicians and managing their work loads, interacting with customers over the phone. Managing the field work of the company using BuildOps software and other internal company software's. Assisting the Office Manager with tasks associated with the office management.

Responsibilities

Within the first 90 days you will be expected to be:

  • Communicating properly with techs and customers.
  • Answering phone calls with professionalism and collecting all information needed to pass to the tech.
  • Arrange and dispatch techs per scheduling.
  • Communicating with customers per scheduling.
  • Organizing and editing tech notes to the work summary for full understanding for the customer.
  • Entering in expenses per vendor with detailed information.
  • Creates original invoice taking into account labor hours, expenses including mark-up, tech notes and correct dates.
  • Verifying the invoice is being emailed or mailed to the correct address.
  • Keeping in contact with customers with pending quotes or jobs.
  • Protects the organization’s reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order information confidential.
  • Documenting any additional notes needed to further avoid any confusion or lack of communication in the future.
  • Attend the weekly company meeting and be prepared to address items of business relevant to your duties.
  • Ensure your clocking in and out with proper time management.
  • Be on time and ready to work Monday through Friday 8-4pm.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
